We will be using the information gathered to promote the preferences that you provided. Although we all have the desired restaurant(s) we hope to see in Longwood; it really comes down to several factors. Some of those factors that play a role in attracting and realizing a new restaurant are: 1) is the restaurant looking to expand and are they looking in our general area, 2) do our demographics fit their model, 3) location of their other sites, 4) the general market, 5) traffic count and so on. 

As a note we are receiving significant interest in several sites in Longwood and this survey is just one tool for us in pursuing new retail/restaurants.
