The developer for Longwood TOD has indicated that they would like to do a CAPP (Citizen Awareness and Participation Plan) meeting on January 24, 2019 at 6 PM where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the project, and ask the developer any questions you may have. These three storied townhomes are proposed at a density of 25 dwelling units/acre (maximum density for the area is 50 dwelling units/acre) and will be in two phases. The project would include a North Phase (±28 units, north of Weston Park Apartments) and South Phase (±24 units, south of Weston Park).
