[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice: LDC Ordinance Allowing Off-Site Subdivision Signs, Design Standard Changes

The City Commission is scheduled to consider Ordinance 16-2093, a Longwood Development Code (LDC) amendment that includes changes to Article VI Signs making an allowance for off-site temporary signs for new subdivisions and Article III Development Design Standards including the measurement of setbacks and other changes intended to provide more flexibility in development design. The first Commission public hearing will be held August 1, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers at 175 W. Warren Ave. You can view the draft Ordinance 16-2093 here.
