Utility Services

The Utility Billing Division is responsible for billing and receiving payments for water, sewer and residential garbage service (the City of Longwood may only provide a portion of these services depending on the location of the property). We also provide meter reading and handle inquiries about the utility services provided. You can reach our office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 407-260-3470, prompt option 2.



Following the CDC recommendations for minimizing exposure, we will be closing our lobby to public access.  We encourage our Utility Customers to utilize the City’s online and automated bill payment options. Please visit our online site at 


Or call 844-611-4017 to pay your bill by phone, 24 hours a day.  Our drop box on the side of the building is also available 24 hours a day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but feel this temporary change is needed. As a provider of an essential utility we are suspending disconnections for non-paying customers through May 31, 2020.  This is a temporary measure and customers are encouraged to pay their water bills on time if possible to avoid large balances due once the City resumes with disconnects for non-payment.  We are committed to helping our customers, employees, and community through the times of need.
