We do not charge a fee for credit card payments.
The Utility Billing Division is responsible for billing and receiving payments for water, sewer and residential garbage service. They also provide meter reading and handle inquiries about the utility services provided. Previously, the City of Longwood offered several payment options such as drop-off payment, mailed-in payments, and automatic bank drafting.
In an effort to make our services more readily available, the City of Longwood has developed an Online Billing System for Utilities. There are several benefits to using the Online Utility Billing service such as:
• Pay Your Bill Securely Online (Mastercard or Visa)
• View Your Current Bill and Water Consumption
• View Your Bill History
• View Your Water Consumption History
• View Your Service History
As with our other options for payments, the same payment schedule applies. Utility Bills are mailed out, and/or made available through this website, on the 1st of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the month. All payments received after the due date will be assessed a late fee of $5 or 10% of the bill, whichever is greater.
