The Public Utilities Division operates and maintains the potable water and sanitary sewer system in the City of Longwood. If you have an emergency, such as a water leak, or a sewer backing up please call 407-831-6175 during normal business hours which are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If your emergency occurs after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays, please call 407-339-1297.

If there is a precautionary boil water notice in effect, you need to take measures to protect yourself.
