Utility Services
The Utility Billing Division is responsible for billing and receiving payments for water, sewer and residential garbage service. They also provide meter reading and handle inquiries about the utility services provided. You can reach our office Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at (407) 260-3470.
Starting New Service
Setting up a new account is as easy as stopping by our offices, filling out an application for service, and making a deposit. Deposits for service received before noon will be turned on that same day. Deposits for service after noon will be turned on the next business day

The residential deposit can range anywhere from $50 - $100, depending on the services provided.

For each new account, there is a $15 set up fee required.

Billing
All city utility bills are mailed out by the 1st of each month. Bills are due by the 15th. All payments received after the due date will be assessed a late fee of $5 or 10% of the bill, whichever is greater.

You may drop off your payment during regular business hours at our office located at 155 West Warren Ave. A drive through drop box is located on the side of the building for your convenience.
