Comprehensive Plan and Development Review Documents

Longwood Development Code. The foundation for implementing the City’s development review process is the Longwood Development Code (LDC). The LDC establishes the City’s planning procedures and technical standards such as allowable landscape materials, parking requirements, lot dimension standards, and other requirements. Applicants should use the technical standards of the LDC in combination with the site and architectural design standards of the Longwood Design Guidebook.
