Receive Your Utility Bill By E-mail
The City of Longwood is pleased to offer our residents and businesses with the option of receiving your utility bill via electronic mail. This new service offers an ecologically friendly method of receiving your utility bill. Please note, you will receive your utility bill via email the second billing cycle after signing up for the service when you are a new customer and the next billing cycle for existing customers. Once you receive your City of Longwood utility bill via email you will no longer receive a paper version of the bill in the mail. Pay Your Utility Bill Online
Pay your bill securely online using Master Card, Visa or your checking account. We do not charge a fee for credit card or check payments.

Bills are mailed or made available through the website on the first (1st) of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the month. All payments received after the due date will be assessed a late fee of $5 or 10% of the bill, whichever is greater. Standard returned check fees apply ($20 for checks under $50 and $30 for checks greater than $50).
