Economic and Demographic Analysis
In 2006, the City conducted an economic and demographic analysis to evaluate the condition of the Longwood retail trade area. This study revealed an additional warranted retail floorspace of approximately 710,000 square feet between 2006 and 2015 and made recommendations for geographical and market share allocations.
