Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment authorizes variances and special exceptions to the Longwood Development Code. They hear and decide appeals to administrative decisions. They meet on the fourth (4th) Wednesday of each month in the Commission Chambers at 7:00 p.m., unless no business is before them. The Board of Adjustment is a five member board. Members must be a City resident and serve for a three (3) year term.
