This will remain active for six months. If you do not hear from us within that period, it is your responsibility to complete another card. You must complete a seperate card for each position desired.

Please fill out this form if you would like to make suggestions about things you see on this website.

If you will be out of town, and would like the Longwood Police Department to provide additional patrol for your residence, please complete the form and submit.

By submitting this form, I attest that I am the owner or person responsible for the property, and I authorize the Longwood Police Department and it's members to enter into this house if they deem it necessary.  They have my permission, for which I will file all necessary complaints, to make a legal arrest in order to protect my home and property.  I will also hold harmless the City of Longwood, the Longwood Police Department and it's members.
